Please be aware that the charity is run solely by volunteers. This sometimes mean there may be some delay in responding to emails, texts or messages. We do try to reply quickly but this is not always possible. We always prioritise Alternative Gift orders as we recognise issues such as the "Christmas post". Please bare with us if your query is not dealt with immediately. Request for assistance or funding take much longer to reply to as we need to look at the present commitments of the charity before replying. Currently (2011) we have no additional funding for new projects as our limited resources are fully committed through to December 2014
